Aim of the Workshop is to organise a single event combining, with a common programme, two initiatives: “MEMS in Italy” which should reflect the state of MEMS activities in Italy and “MEMSWAVE 2010”, the annual International Symposium related to RF-MEMS.
The programme will consist of plenary session, oral sessions, poster sessions and round table. All contributions will offer a compendium of the most significant theoretical and experimental results in the field of MEMS and of the major collaborative ventures between academic and industrial research groups.
